Description
The ongoing violent uprising in Syria has created thousands of refugees, many of whom have fled into neighboring Jordan. Many of these refugees struggle to obtain the basic necessities of life.
Quilts, Baby Care Kits and Personal Care Kits were distributed to the most vulnerable Syrian refugees across Jordan. Needy families with babies received Baby Care Kits and Quilts, while families with students that cannot easily afford health supplies received Personal Care Kits. These materials reduced the economic burden on refugees and allowed them to spend part of their savings on other basic necessities such as rent, medication, and food.
